Applications:
Cemented carbide nozzles are mainly used for cooling water and flushing mud when drilling bits. According to different design of drilling environment, different jet flow and hole size shape are selected.
According to the different drill bits and interchangeability requirements, there are two kinds of threadless and non-threaded. The non-threaded cemented carbide nozzles are mainly used in the cone bit, while the threaded cemented carbide nozzles are used in the PDC bit. According to the different wrenches of the handling tools, they are divided into cross type (4 slots), YPB type (3 slots) and hexagonal type. Shape, inside six square, plum blossom shape 5 kinds.
It can process all kinds of metric, British and American standard unified threads (coarse teeth, fine teeth and special threads). Thread precision grade is American standard 3A (highest precision). The size of sprinkler hole is 0 ~ 17.5MM. The product quality is in the leading level in China.
